Thibault Cauvin (b. 1984) is a French classical guitarist from Bordeaux, internationally acclaimed for his virtuosity and artistic openness. Trained at the Bordeaux Conservatoire and the Paris Conservatoire National Supérieur, he won an unprecedented 36 international competition prizes by the age of 20. Cauvin has since performed nearly 1,500 concerts in over 120 countries, appearing on major world stages and in unconventional venues alike. His discography spans core classical repertoire and highly personal crossover projects, reflecting his spirit of travel and collaboration. A bestselling author, cultural ambassador for Bordeaux, and passionate advocate for musical exchange, Cauvin is regarded as one of the leading guitarists of his generation.
