Kurt Weill (1900–1950) was a German-born composer whose work bridged classical music, cabaret, and theater, shaped significantly by his collaborations with Bertolt Brecht. Emerging during the Weimar Republic, he developed a distinctive style blending social critique with popular idioms. His songs for voice and piano trace his evolution from late-Romantic roots to a sharp, satirical language evident in works such as Die Dreigroschenoper. After emigrating to the United States, he embraced Broadway, creating enduring songs like “September Song” and “Speak Low.” Together, his works reflect a multifaceted, innovative voice that transcends genres and eras.

Eleni Lydia Stamellou is a soprano from Athens known for her focus on Renaissance and contemporary repertoire. A member of MusicAeterna under Teodor Currentzis, she has performed extensively as a soloist with the Perm Opera and Ballet Theatre, appearing in a wide range of operatic and contemporary works, including world premieres. She has also performed at leading international venues and festivals, including the Salzburg Festival. A prizewinner at the Ferruccio Tagliavini Competition, she has trained across Europe and the United States, combining vocal excellence with strong theatrical versatility.

Alexandra Listova is a pianist who graduated from the St. Petersburg State Conservatory in 2016 and has been performing with the musicAeterna orchestra since 2018. Her work focuses strongly on contemporary music, highlighted by participation in specialized workshops and international academies dedicated to new repertoire. As both a soloist and ensemble musician, she has appeared at festivals centered on avant-garde and modern music, collaborating with leading contemporary composers. Since 2021, she has also performed with the JUST Ensemble, contributing to innovative projects within the modern academic music scene.
