Martha Argerich, born in 1941 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is widely regarded as one of the greatest pianists of the 20th and 21st centuries. Known for her virtuosity, passion, and powerful interpretations, she began her studies at a young age and made her international debut at just 16. Argerich's playing is marked by its technical brilliance, emotional depth, and fiery energy.
