Zlata Chochieva (b. 1985) is a Russian-born pianist renowned for her deeply expressive interpretations of Chopin and Rachmaninov, which brought her early international acclaim. Praised for her technical mastery and musical insight, she has performed at major venues including Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Philharmonie de Paris, and Moscow Conservatory. She has appeared with prominent orchestras such as the Russian National Orchestra and BBC Scottish Symphony, under conductors like Mikhail Pletnev and Vladimir Spivakov. A laureate of numerous international competitions, Chochieva has also been featured at festivals including the Gilmore Keyboard Festival and Lucerne Festival. Based in Berlin, she studied under Mikhail Pletnev and Jacques Rouvier and currently serves as Director of the Rachmaninov Festival in Ivanovka.

Ekaterina Litvintseva (b. 1986), who grew up in Anadyr by the Bering Sea, developed as a pianist along an unconventional path. She began with passionate spontaneity at her local music school, later refining her artistry at the Moscow State Frédéric Chopin College of Music, which shaped her emotional depth. Further studies in Germany, including with Bernd Glemser in Würzburg, added an analytical dimension, leading to a distinctive pianistic style enriched by mentors such as Robert Kulek, Rudolf Kehrer, and Andrzej Jasinski. Performing worldwide with major orchestras, she has toured extensively with the Klassische Philharmonie Bonn and the Nordwestdeutsche Philharmonie. Since 1996, she has earned numerous awards, including prizes in Israel, Italy, and Morocco.
