Michał Roman Szulik (b. 1970) is a Polish conductor, musicologist, composer, and educator. He studied theology in Siedlce and musicology at the Catholic University of Lublin, later earning a habilitation in conducting. Since 1999, he has led the Fr. Alfred Hoffman Cathedral Choir and, since 2008, also directs ensembles at the Music School Complex in Siedlce. Active in both liturgical and concert settings, he performs in Poland and internationally. He has composed over 170 works, mainly sacred music. As a scholar, he specializes in liturgical music and choral conducting, authoring an influential textbook and contributing to church music development in Poland.
