Sara Koyanagi graduated at the top of her class from the Professional Artists Course at Nagoya University of Arts after completing studies at Aichi Prefectural Meiwa High School. She is currently a scholarship student in the university’s Graduate School of Music. Koyanagi has earned notable competition honors, including first prize at the Gifu International Music Competition and fifth prize at the Japan Classical Music Competition. She has appeared in selected concerts and performed with the Central Aichi Symphony Orchestra and the Nagoya University of Arts Philharmonic Orchestra. A top graduate of the École Normale de Musique de Paris, she has also received multiple prestigious scholarships. This debut session recording presents works by Frédéric Chopin and Alexander Scriabin.
