Lewis Fang began studying piano at age four with Dan Wang and Tianying Zhao before continuing his training in Vancouver under SunSung Kong and Eugene Skovorodnikov. Since 2020, he has studied in the Pre-College Division of Juilliard School, first with Matti Raekallio and later with Hung Kuan Chen and Tema Blackstone. Fang has earned major awards, including top prizes at the Paderewski, Canadian Music, Franz Liszt Center, and Fryderyk Chopin piano competitions, as well as distinction recognition from YoungArts in 2024. He has performed internationally with leading orchestras and appeared at renowned venues including Carnegie Weill Recital Hall.
