Violinist Dmitry Sitkovetsky (b. 1954)’s album blending Bach, Paganini, and Prokofiev has received its first digital release as part of Deutsche Grammophon's Concours series, a collection highlighting early recordings from emerging artists recognized at international competitions. Demonstrating a fusion of Baroque rigor, virtuoso flair, and modern intensity, the album captures the technical skill and creative drive that define the series' focus on musicians launching global careers. This digital release follows previous reissues from the Concours collection, including guitarist Göran Söllscher’s album of Bach and Sor on August 21 and pianist Hans-Christian Wille’s recording of Mussorgsky, Ravel, and Ginastera on September 4.
