Mădălina Pașol (born 1976 in Bucharest) is a Romanian pianist. She studied with Georg Sava and Pascal Devoyon at the Berlin University of the Arts, and received her doctorate from the Bucharest University of Music. Pașol was a finalist at the Busoni International Piano Competition, the ARD International Piano Competition and received third prize at the Artur Schnabel Competition.  2003, she was a laureate at the Queen Elisabeth Competition. On her tours, she has performed as a soloist or in chamber ensembles with world-renowned soloists and artists. She is also dedicated in promoting young talents, especially Romanian artists and cultural values, ​​regionally and internationally within the Institute of Arts, which she directs.
