Leon Bosch is a South African-born double bassist, conductor, and educator with a distinguished international career. After 30 years performing with top ensembles like the Academy of St Martin in the Fields, he transitioned to conducting in 2015, studying with Alexander Polishchuk in St Petersburg. He has since led orchestras across the UK, Europe, India, Africa, and beyond. A champion of neglected repertoire, Bosch has recorded 16 CDs and founded I Musicanti and I Musicanti Publishing to promote chamber arrangements. He teaches at Trinity Laban Conservatoire, mentors young musicians, and holds a Master’s in Intelligence and International Relations from Salford University.

Hailed as an “African classical music pioneer” (BBC) and “a classical music game changer” (Classical Music), Rebeca Omordia is a London-based pianist known for her dynamic career as a soloist, chamber musician, and recording artist. A champion of African classical music, she launched the African Concert Series in London in 2019, later becoming a Wigmore Hall resident in 2023. Her acclaimed solo programme African Pianism has toured globally, spotlighting neglected African composers. She recorded Errollyn Wallen’s Piano Concerto with the BBC Concert Orchestra, winning a BBC Music Magazine Award. Omordia has also championed British music, notably through collaborations with Julian Lloyd Webber and Leon Bosch, and holds a doctorate in music from Bucharest.
