Delirium Musicum’s second Warner Classics album, Cabinet of Curiosities, invites listeners into a vibrant musical world where Baroque, contemporary, film, and folk influences intertwine. Founded in 2018 by violinist Etienne Gara, Delirium Musicum is a dynamic Los Angeles-based chamber orchestra known for its bold programming and electrifying performances. Comprised of young musicians from nine countries, the ensemble reflects LA’s creative energy and cultural diversity. Praised for its “ferocious and rhythmically mesmerizing” performances (San Francisco Classical Voice), Delirium Musicum connects deeply with audiences through projects like Seasons and Treelogy, blending Baroque, contemporary, and environmental themes. Other initiatives, including MusiKaravan and Baby Concerts, showcase their commitment to community engagement and musical innovation.
