Jacopo Salvatori (b. 1986, Fiesole) is an Italian composer and pianist trained at the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich. Renowned for his versatility, his work spans opera, musical theatre, ballet, contemporary stage productions, installations, and video game soundtracks. As a pianist, he is equally active in classical and contemporary repertoire, having premiered over one hundred new works and performed internationally, with broadcasts on major European and Japanese media. Salvatori has released numerous acclaimed recordings on labels including OnClassical, Naxos, and Brilliant Classics, and has received major international prizes, residencies, and awards for both composition and artistic research.
