Felix Gottlieb is a Russian-born German pianist and harpsichordist who received his early musical training in Riga and Moscow. A prodigy, he debuted with orchestra at age 15 and studied with leading figures of the Russian piano tradition, including Alexander Goldenweiser, Emil Gilels, and Theodor Gutman. Awarded at the International Tchaikovsky Competition, he pursued an international career as a soloist and chamber musician, collaborating with renowned artists and producing extensive recordings. A pioneer of harpsichord performance in the Soviet Union, he later settled in Germany, where he has served as professor, master teacher, and founder of international music academies.
