Through sensitive interpretations, Davide Giovanni Tomasi brings these centuries-old inspirations vividly to life, creating a deeply atmospheric and timeless listening experience.
Davide Giovanni Tomasi is an internationally acclaimed guitarist and winner of major competitions including the ARD International Music Competition and the Tokyo International Guitar Competition. He performs regularly at leading concert halls and festivals worldwide, including the Philharmonie Berlin, where he performed Joaquín Rodrigo’s Concierto de Aranjuez under Stanley Dodds in 2020. Tomasi has collaborated with distinguished orchestras and artists across Europe and Asia and, since 2025, has served alongside Marco Musso as artistic director of the Ivrea International Guitar Festival and Competition. His debut album Embers, released with Prima Classic, highlights his refined artistry and deep engagement with historical musical traditions.
