Elenora Pertz’s debut solo album TERRA is a contemplative exploration of nature, transformation, and the sacred feminine, inspired by a 2023 artistic retreat on Mount Etna. Blending works by composers including Ludwig van Beethoven, Igor Stravinsky, and Fazıl Say with seismic recordings from the volcano, the album dissolves boundaries between music and the natural world. Structured around themes of earth, motherhood, and renewal, TERRA also reflects Pertz’s broader artistic and ethical vision, emphasizing mindfulness, ecological responsibility, and reconnection with the planet through classical music.
Elenora Pertz is an internationally active pianist, vocal coach, and educator recognized for her nuanced artistry and interdisciplinary approach to classical music. She has performed at leading venues including Wigmore Hall, Berlin Philharmonie, and Salzburg Festival, while collaborating with prominent singers and conductors across Europe and the United States. Her 2025/26 season includes major debuts, masterclasses, opera collaborations, and the release of her debut solo album TERRA, a project exploring connections between music, femininity, and the natural world. Alongside her performance career, Pertz leads the Lied class at the University of the Arts Bremen and founded “Lied the Way e.V.” to support and empower women in the art song community.
