French pianist, composer, and guitarist Alex Brachet is a multifaceted artist whose musicality bridges classical virtuosity, jazz improvisation, and cinematic expression. Mentored by Pierre Pradier and Evgueny Moguilevski, Brachet holds four Gold Medals from the Conservatoire National de Région Pierre Barbizet in Marseille. His debut classical release, LISZT (2026), highlights major masterpieces recorded on a Hamburg Steinway & Sons, alongside a ongoing recording series spotlighting forgotten Romantic composers like Juliusz Zarębski. Equal parts jazz improviser and accomplished guitarist, having opened for the Marseille Jazz des Cinq Continents festival and guitar icon Tony MacAlpine, Brachet combines formidable technique with profound expressive versatility across genres.
