Reflecting his mission to connect diverse audiences, from elite students to marginalized communities, the program thoughtfully pairs landmark classical repertoire with contemporary creation. The recording features the tour-de-force premiere of Beat Furrer’s new Étude, characterized by striking nervous tension, alongside the mesmerizing depth of Johannes Brahms’s Fantasies, Op. 116 and Franz Schubert’s expansive Sonata in G major. Together, these works highlight Gorini's virtuosic versatility and deeply humanistic artistic vision.
