Italian violinist Lucilla Rose Mariotti’s debut album Lumière du Temps portrays the daily life of a musician in Paris, from Chanson du Matin to Chanson de Nuit. A winner of many international competitions, Mariotti has performed in major venues including the Royal Albert Hall, Sydney Opera House, and Carnegie Hall, and for King Charles at Highgrove. The album features intimate Belle Époque works by Elgar, D’Ambrosio, Rachmaninov, Debussy, and Boulanger. Through these lyrical miniatures, Mariotti captures the era’s refined elegance, emotional depth, and nostalgic beauty, offering a poetic journey through time and memory.
Born in 2001, Italian violinist Lucilla Rose Mariotti is celebrated for her expressive artistry, technical brilliance, and engaging stage presence. A prizewinner of major international competitions, she earned the 2023 Violins&Soul Competition First Prize and a two-year loan of a 1709 Stradivari, used to record her debut album Lumière du Temps. She has performed at prestigious venues including the Royal Albert Hall, Carnegie Hall, and Sydney Opera House, and for King Charles III. A frequent soloist with renowned orchestras worldwide, she is also an active chamber musician and festival artist, admired for her musical depth and versatility.
Italian pianist Alessio Enea is an accomplished performer and educator experienced in teaching students of all ages and levels. Specializing in chamber music and vocal accompaniment, he combines strong technical command with refined musical insight. A graduate of the Royal College of Music in London, where he studied with Dmitri Alexeev and won the Charles Napper Award and Gary & Eleanor Brass Scholarship, he is now pursuing an Artist Diploma in piano accompaniment under Simon Lepper. Holding dual master’s degrees with honours from Lugano, he currently coaches chamber music at the Royal College of Music and performs across Europe.
