Elsa Dreisig, described by Gramophone as “one of her generation’s most eloquent and engaging singers,” showcases her versatility on the album Invocation. Since gaining international recognition in 2015, the Paris-born soprano has excelled in both opera and concert performances, as well as recordings for Erato Records. On Invocation, she presents 15 arias and two songs spanning 14 composers and six languages, accompanied by conductor Massimo Zanetti and the Orchestra and Chorus of the Teatro Carlo Felice di Genova, blending celebrated repertoire with rare works in a compelling program.

Elsa Dreisig (born 1991, Paris) is a celebrated operatic soprano known for her versatile repertoire and expressive artistry. She began singing in the children’s choirs of the Opéra Royal de Wallonie and the Opéra National de Lyon, and studied with Valérie Guillorit at the Conservatoire de Paris and with Regina Werner-Dietrich at the University of Music and Theatre Leipzig. Since joining the Berlin State Opera studio in 2015, she has debuted major roles across leading European houses, from Paris to Vienna, Zurich, and London. An exclusive Erato Records artist, she released Mozart x 3 in 2022 and will release Invocation in 2026. Recent engagements include prominent performances at the Bayerische Staatsoper, Deutsche Staatsoper Berlin, Grand Théâtre de Genève, Wiener Staatsoper, Aix-en-Provence Festival, and Hamburgische Staatsoper.
