The Nuova Orchestra Ferruccio Busoni, founded in 1965 by Aldo Belli in Trieste, celebrates its 60th anniversary with a commemorative CD drawn from live performances held in 2025. Rooted in Trieste’s rich and diverse cultural heritage, the ensemble has evolved from a chamber group into a versatile orchestra under the direction of Massimo Belli. The program reflects regional artistic influences and spans late Romantic to 20th-century repertoire, honoring figures such as Ferruccio Busoni. Featuring violinist Laura Marzadori, the project highlights connections between music, visual art, and the cultural identity of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
