Recorded live in July 2025 at the 1001 Notes Festival, the album Danse captures a vibrant, genre-defying concert performed at the Limoges Olympic Ice Rink. Under the direction of Chloé Meyzie, the 1001 Notes Symphony Orchestra collaborates with DJ Healer Selecta, who mixes vinyl live to bridge classical repertoire and popular culture. Featuring soloists like Alexander Boldachev, Marie Ythier, and Marine Boustie, the performance fluidly juxtaposes classical masterpieces by Brahms and Tchaikovsky with iconic tracks from Motörhead, ABBA, and the Ramones. This hybrid approach injects classical music with contemporary energy, presenting dance as a universal, accessible language.
