John Bryden, an international pianist and organist from Edinburgh, gave his first BBC recital at 14 and later joined the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain. He studied at Emmanuel College, Cambridge, with further training under renowned musicians like Peter Katin and Claudio Arrau. As a soloist, accompanist, and chamber musician, he has performed across Britain and internationally, including major venues and aboard the M.S. Saga Rose. A member of the Dartington Trio, he also leads ACE Cultural Tours and plays in European cathedrals. A dedicated teacher and examiner, Bryden also explores jazz and world music, including Klezmer.
