Krzysztof Meyer (b. 1943) is a distinguished Polish composer, pianist, and educator, trained in Kraków under Krzysztof Penderecki and later with Nadia Boulanger. After early performance activity with a contemporary music ensemble, he pursued a prominent academic career, teaching in Kraków and later at the Musikhochschule in Cologne. Meyer has also been active internationally as a lecturer and held leadership roles in major musical organizations. Stylistically rooted in Eastern European neoclassicism, his music emphasizes melodic structure and refined harmony. Closely associated with Dmitri Shostakovich, he is also a noted biographer and expert in orchestration.

Magdalena Rezler is a distinguished Polish violinist and pedagogue. A prizewinner at major international competitions, including the Queen Elisabeth Competition, Jacques Thibaud Competition, and Carl Flesch Competition, she has performed widely across Europe, the United States, and Asia. Rezler has recorded extensively, notably works by Karol Szymanowski, and collaborated with leading ensembles and artists. A dedicated educator, she taught in Warsaw and Freiburg, mentoring students who now perform internationally, while also serving as a juror and masterclass instructor worldwide.
