Following her acclaimed recordings of Haydn, Liszt, and Chopin, pianist Yejin Noh has completed another major artistic milestone by recording all 24 of Rachmaninoff’s Preludes. Performing on a Fazioli F278, Noh spent four years preparing this monumental project, making this the first complete recording of the cycle by a Korean pianist. Known for their extreme emotional density and formidable technical difficulty, the preludes demand both explosive virtuosity and delicate lyricism. Noh’s interpretation successfully uncovers hidden melodies and unifies the complex pieces into a single, organic flow, marking a significant milestone in her artistic growth and Rachmaninoff’s discography.

Award-winning pianist Yejin Noh is highly regarded for her outstanding technique and deep musicality. After earning degrees from Seoul National University and the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, where she studied under Menahem Pressler and Arnaldo Cohen, she achieved success in numerous prestigious international competitions, including the Washington, San Antonio, and Montreal competitions. Noh has performed globally as a soloist and with renowned orchestras such as the Montreal Philharmonic and KBS Philharmonic. Her discography features acclaimed solo albums of Haydn and Liszt. Currently, Noh maintains an active career performing solo and chamber music while teaching at Seoul National University.
